Assalamalaikum
Of course, no other crime is worse than blasphemy. Those who commit, must be
beheaded.
The
blasphemy is an act of assaulting, degrading, belittling the Prophet’s
honor and status. What is your opinion about those who do not utter a
single word against the Prophet SAWS but deny His teachings openly by
their acts? When they are asked not to take dowry and dinner from the
bride as neither the Prophet SAWS nor any of his companion had ever
accepted this, what do they reply?
“Rasoolullah ka culture alag thha, aaj ka culture alag
hai” (meaning: we have nothing to do with the Prophet SAWS’s culture. They had no culture, we are cultured.)
“Baraat keMahmaano ko kiya bhooke bhej denge?” (Meaning: They did not know the hospitality but we know).
“Apni apni ista’ta’at (capacity) ke mutabiq jahez
aur dawat karni chahiye”. (Meaning: The Prophet SAWS and his companion did not have capacity but we have).
Log kiya kahenge?” (Meaning: Prophet SAWS kiya kahenge is not important to us. Jo ziyada aham hain ham un ki sunen ge.)
"Mehr dene ka system hamare khandaan men alag
hai" (Meaning: If the Prophet SAWS paid net without taking any dowry, that was his choice, Our choice is different).
Those
who committed this in ignorance are still innocents but those who
knowingly not only commit but defy are not different from Mo’tezela,
Khawarij and Abdullah Bin Sabah who used to innovate Shariya according
to their wish.
Of
course, The dowry system's sin is not equal to blasphemy' crime but the
degree of damage inflicted to the Muslim society due to the dowry is
worse than due to blasphemy. The dowry has hijacked the Prophet SAWS's
teachings meant to set moral, economic and social system but all these
values have been undermined and insulted by the actors of dowry system.
The Prophet's Sunnat is openly insulted, challenged and confronted. He
SAWS had instructed to make the Nikah more easier than adultery but
…………….. the increasing rate of prostitution, feticide (abortions), dowry
deaths & harassments, divorces and strained relations, marriages to
non-Muslims, shamelessness, domestic violence etc. are the witness to
the fact that we have made the Nikah more difficult than Zina.
The
dowry is nothing but Rishwat (bribery), begging, Israaf and Tabzeer
(extravagance), Non-Muslim Gods' and Goddesses’ way, Fitna, reversal of
Quranic definition of MARD, creating greed, pomp and ego’s competition,
violation of Human Rights & Women’s Rights and male prostitution. The dowry is a social blackmail. Therefore, the majority of Ulema regard it a HARAAM. The dowry system has changed the whole society in to a"Female dominated society". Men are helpless in the hands of the women.
The
Prophet SAWS had brought a system of Social Justice. The world will be
convinced only if we follow that system. Our lives reflect the image of
our Prophet to the
world.
Let
us stand united against the dowry system and make the world say:
“Prophet Mohammed SAWS is really great who brought such a great system
of Social Justice”.
